Originally from the DC area, Michela Badema is a New York City-based actor, choreographer, and writer of Albanian and Italian descent, dedicated to dynamic, character-driven storytelling. With deep roots in movement and stage performance, she recently expanded her creative footprint by writing, executive producing, and starring in the independent short film, Unequal Portions. A graduate of Washington, DC's The Theater Lab, she continues to deepen her craft through Method training and on-camera technique. When she isn’t splitting time between NYC and Miami, she can usually be found rolling out dough to bake traditional Albanian byrek, or relaxing with her miniature dachshund, Lilo.
